Is it really free, and is there a catch?
It is free, and there is no catch. Thirty days in a working portal, no card details, and nothing to cancel at the end because it does not roll over. Ask if you want longer and we will extend it free. We are the UK Claromentis partner and we would like you to buy it, but we will not chase you.
How many people does Claromentis suit?
Claromentis licensing starts at around 20 users, so below that we will tell you straight away rather than build a proposal you cannot accept. Above it, the platform earns its keep once finding documents, policies and the right colleague has become a real cost. Tell us your headcount and we will say honestly whether it fits.
What does it cost?
Claromentis is licensed per user, so the figure depends on headcount and which applications you need. We do not publish a per-user price because a number without your context is meaningless. Tell us roughly how many staff and we will give you a real figure rather than a range. For context, a typical UK year one for 30 to 100 users sits between £8,000 and £25,000 including implementation.
Do we have to move off Microsoft 365?
No. Most of our clients run both. Claromentis is the internal home for news, policies, documents and process; Microsoft 365 stays where the email and the files live. We have written about where the line sits between an intranet and Microsoft 365 if you want the longer answer.
Who will I be dealing with?
Harsh Divecha at Techspire IT. We are the UK Claromentis partner, and you deal with me directly, which means the person answering your questions is the person who will run your implementation, not a salesperson who hands you over afterwards.
