Our support team will provide you with a unique 6-digit Session ID.
Type the code into the "Enter Session ID" box below and click on the "CONNECT" button.
You will be prompted to allow the connection. We only take control of your system with your explicit consent.

The Customer authorizes Techspire IT Limited to use Zoho Assist for on-demand remote support as part of our Master Services Agreement.
During a session, we monitor technical metadata such as patching and hardware health to resolve issues.
We do not access, read, or store your personal or business files during remote sessions.
You can end the remote session at any time by clicking the "Disconnect" button on the Zoho Assist toolbar on your screen.
All remote support activities are conducted in full compliance with UK GDPR.


Remote support is delivered during our standard Business Hours.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)
